Launch Edition
This document describes the structure, principles and operating framework of the $ZAKI community token, launched through Pump.fun on 21 August 2026. Founder wallet addresses will be published when available.
No $ZAKI contract address should be regarded as official unless it is published at zakicoin.co.za.
The ZAKI Declaration
Africa is entering the AI age. It is a continent of extraordinary youth, creativity, ambition and human potential. Yet access to the technologies reshaping education, work, enterprise and opportunity remains profoundly uneven.
Can artificial intelligence be placed within reach of people who may not have a conventional computer, dependable internet connectivity or the financial resources normally required to participate in the AI revolution?
That question gave rise to the ZAKI technology journey: a compact, affordable device concept capable of delivering meaningful artificial intelligence and knowledge even where connectivity is limited. $ZAKI is a community crypto token created around the energy, possibility and story of that journey.
Its purpose is simple: to build a global community around an unfolding African technology story — and to allow part of the economic activity generated by that community to create measurable real-world consequences.
1. Africa Is Entering the AI Age
Artificial intelligence represents one of the defining technological shifts of the present era. Africa should not merely observe that transition. It should participate in it.
ZAKI begins with access — not access as charity, but access as opportunity. The ambition is to create technology designed around the practical realities of the environments in which millions of people actually live.
2. The ZAKI Technology Story
The ZAKI device concept is built around a deliberately unconventional idea. Instead of replicating the conventional laptop, the intended device is compact and designed to minimise dependence on expensive peripherals and permanent connectivity.
- offline artificial intelligence capability;
- a substantial locally stored knowledge resource;
- a compact physical form;
- projected visual display;
- virtual keyboard interaction;
- integrated audio;
- rechargeable power; and
- connectivity when available.
ZAKI is not presented as a completed mass-market product. Hardware development, software development, AI integration, content development, testing, certification, manufacturing and commercialisation remain part of the technology journey.
3. Introducing $ZAKI
$ZAKI is a Solana-based community crypto token launched through Pump.fun on 21 August 2026. Its identity is built around four ideas: Africa, artificial intelligence, community and consequence.
Africa is entering the AI age. ZAKI is a community token inspired by the journey.
4. Relationship to the Technology Journey
$ZAKI takes its name, narrative and inspiration from the wider ZAKI technology journey. Holding $ZAKI does not represent the acquisition of shares or ownership in the ZAKI device operating company, Winterborne Consulting (Pty) Ltd or any associated enterprise. $ZAKI does not confer dividends, profit participation, revenue rights or claims over the assets of those businesses.
The connection is one of story, community and impact. The most important practical connection is the ZAKI Access Programme.

6. Founder Participation
The founders intend collectively to hold 20% of the original $ZAKI supply, equivalent to 200,000,000 $ZAKI.
6.1 Long-Term Founder Reserve — 10%
100,000,000 $ZAKI will form the Long-Term Founder Reserve. The intended policy is a six-month lock followed by twelve approximately equal monthly releases. Released tokens remain subject to the overall Founder Disposal Policy.
6.2 Founder Trading Holding — 10%
The remaining 100,000,000 $ZAKI will constitute the founders' flexible holding. No founder disposals will take place during the first 14 days following launch.
6.3 Founder Disposal Limit
Aggregate founder disposals during any rolling 30-day period may not exceed the lower of 5,000,000 $ZAKI or 10% of verified $ZAKI trading volume during the preceding 30 days.
6.4 Transparency and Burn Blackout
Material founder wallets will be publicly identified. Founders will not dispose of $ZAKI during the 24 hours preceding a scheduled Buy & Burn execution window or until 24 hours after the completed burn has been publicly announced.
7. 50 · 25 · 25 — Access · Burn · Build
The defining economic policy of $ZAKI is deliberately easy to understand:
50% ACCESS · 25% BURN · 25% BUILD
The allocation applies to Net Creator Fees actually received.
8. Calculating Net Creator Fees
Net Creator Fees means creator fees actually received by the project less direct blockchain or platform transaction costs associated with receiving or administering those fees, and a reasonable provision for tax directly attributable to the creator-fee income.
No other ordinary project expenditure will be deducted before applying the 50 · 25 · 25 formula. Website costs, marketing, administration, professional services and similar expenditure must ordinarily be funded from the Build allocation. The calculation will normally be performed once each calendar month.
9. Access — 50%
Fifty percent of Net Creator Fees will be allocated to the ZAKI Access Programme. Funds are designated toward the acquisition, deployment and reasonable delivery or setup costs of ZAKI devices for qualifying beneficiaries once suitable devices become available.
Governance
The selection of beneficiaries, schools, institutions, community programmes or other appropriate recipients will be determined by the Board of the ZAKI device operating company, or by a person or committee appointed by that Board.
Once creator-fee income has been allocated to Access, it is regarded as committed to the Access Programme and will not ordinarily return to general project operations.
Where Access funds are used to acquire devices from the ZAKI device operating company, the applicable price should reflect a documented cost or clearly defined preferential social-programme price.
10. Burn — 25%
Twenty-five percent of Net Creator Fees will be allocated to the $ZAKI Buy & Burn Programme. Funds will periodically be used to acquire $ZAKI through the market, after which the acquired tokens will be permanently burned.
The project intends initially to operate Buy & Burn approximately monthly. Where the accumulated Burn allocation is too small to justify efficient execution, it may be carried forward until a reasonable threshold is reached.
After a completed burn, the project intends to publish the amount applied, the quantity of $ZAKI acquired and burned, the relevant on-chain transaction, cumulative burned supply and current supply.
A burn reduces token supply. It does not guarantee price appreciation.
11. Build — 25%
Twenty-five percent of Net Creator Fees will remain available to build and operate the $ZAKI project and community. It may be used for website development, community management, content creation, communications, design, marketing, cybersecurity, accounting, legal and regulatory costs, administration, professional services and reasonable project management costs.
12. Monthly Accounting
- Determine creator fees actually received.
- Deduct direct platform/blockchain costs.
- Make an appropriate provision for tax attributable to creator-fee income.
- Determine Net Creator Fees.
- Allocate 50% Access, 25% Burn and 25% Build.
Where a tax provision is later found to be materially greater than required, the surplus returns to the Net Creator Fee pool and becomes subject to 50 · 25 · 25. Where a provision is inadequate, the project will ordinarily seek to fund the shortfall from Build or other unrestricted resources rather than reverse completed Access commitments or burns.
13. Public Transparency
NO MYSTERY. JUST ZAKI.
The official website provides the official mint address and Pump.fun link. Material founder-wallet information, Access allocations and completed burns will be disclosed through appropriate project notices or periodic reports when applicable, avoiding unaudited counters that require continuous manual updating.
14. Reporting
Monthly: Creator Fees Received, Net Creator Fees, Access Allocation, Burn Allocation, Build Allocation, $ZAKI Burned, cumulative Access Fund, devices funded or delivered, cumulative burned supply and current supply.
Quarterly: a concise summary of opening balances, creator-fee income, 50 · 25 · 25 allocations, material Access deployments, completed burns, Build expenditure at category level and closing balances.
15. Community
$ZAKI is ultimately a community token. The project intends to build an audience around an evolving story: technology development, prototype milestones, AI development, manufacturing progress, Access Programme deployments, Buy & Burn events and wider African technology stories.
16. The Journey Ahead
Phase 1 — Launch
Establish zakicoin.co.za, launch $ZAKI through Pump.fun, publish the official mint address, establish founder holdings and disclosures, implement 50 · 25 · 25 and begin creator-fee reporting.
Phase 2 — Community
Expand awareness, establish routine reporting, complete the first Buy & Burn and develop community participation.
Phase 3 — Access
When the technology project reaches a stage at which appropriate devices can be deployed, commence Access Programme deployments and publish impact information.
Phase 4 — Continuing Journey
The future direction of the community will be influenced by the technology story, the strength of the community, market conditions and regulation. The project therefore avoids artificial long-range promises.
17. Project Principles
- Tell the truth. Progress is described as progress; ambition is described as ambition.
- Keep it simple. ZAKI does not require complicated tokenomics to create a story.
- Make it visible. Founder holdings, Access allocations and completed burns should be capable of public verification.
- Create something real. A significant share of creator-fee income should ultimately have consequences outside the crypto market.
- Build for the long term. Founder participation should not equate to unrestricted disposal.
- Let the market decide. The project does not guarantee the future value of $ZAKI.
18. Important Risk Information
INVESTING IN CRYPTO ASSETS MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CAPITAL.
$ZAKI is speculative and highly volatile. Its value may rise or fall substantially and participants may lose some or all of the value committed to acquiring it.
- Market risk: demand may not develop or continue.
- Liquidity risk: trading at a desired price may not be possible.
- Technology risk: networks, wallets, smart contracts and platforms may fail or be attacked.
- Platform risk: the project does not control Pump.fun, Solana or independent trading infrastructure.
- Regulatory risk: crypto regulation continues to evolve.
- Project risk: the ZAKI device remains an evolving undertaking.
- Access Programme risk: deployment depends on creator fees actually received and suitable devices becoming available.
- Burn risk: burns reduce supply but do not guarantee price appreciation.
- Founder holding risk: founder trading may affect the market even within the published policy.
- Tax risk: participants are responsible for their own tax position.
19. No Financial Return Promise
Nothing in this Whitepaper constitutes a promise that $ZAKI will increase in price, that a purchaser will make a profit, that a particular market capitalisation will be achieved, that liquidity will remain available, that $ZAKI will be listed by any particular exchange, or that the technology business will achieve any specified commercial outcome.
20. Legal and Structural Review
The legal entity responsible for administering the $ZAKI project and the appropriate description of its role remain to be formally confirmed. The project contemplates a South African operating structure. The structure, founder-holding arrangements, creator-fee treatment, Access Programme and Buy & Burn Programme remain subject to appropriate legal and regulatory review.
This Whitepaper does not constitute legal, financial, investment or tax advice.
21. Official Information
The definitive public source for $ZAKI is zakicoin.co.za. The official Solana mint address is 3s5ojmGf7nBr7SNTwzCDXzbWZhctzLehjAYrSPaupump. The website publishes the official Pump.fun link and will add official social accounts and material project notices when available.
